PRE-PRODUCTION INSPECTION (PPI)​​

Pre-production Inspection comes into picture once the suppliers and vendors have been evaluated and identified. At this stage, a business needs inspection to eliminate quality risks that might crop up between the beginning of the production to the end stages where the product is ready to be shipped.

This is the stage where; a business needs to ensure that the suppliers are sticking to the quality guidelines and the production timeline. At OQC, we provide a strategized pre-production inspection program, where our quality inspectors visit the supplier site and evaluate all the aspects of production like availability and quality of raw material, adherence to processes and clear understanding of the agreement and the timelines. At this stage, we also create a checklist based on your approvals for future inspections. This inspection also checks if a supplier is capable of starting the production on schedule and also establishes that all the production standards are clearly understood by both the parties.
